By accessing or using the Axion AI platform, website (axionai.com.ng), or any associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Axion AI ("we", "us", "our"). Your continued use of the Service following any modifications to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Axion AI provides an automated algorithmic trading software system ("Bot") that, once deployed, connects to your MetaTrader 5 (MT5) account via read/trade access credentials and executes trades on your behalf according to its programmed strategy.
The Service includes access to a web-based dashboard for monitoring performance, managing bot configuration, and receiving trade notifications. Uptime and availability are provided on a best-effort basis.

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be confirmed.
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

We will never ask for your broker account password. MT5 credentials shared for bot deployment are stored encrypted and used solely for trade execution.
Access to the Service requires an active paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged monthly (or annually, if selected) in US Dollars. All prices are as listed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
Nothing on the Axion AI platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All content, data, and bot outputs are provided for informational and technological purposes only.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Axion AI, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violation of this section may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including the trading algorithm, software, dashboard, strategy logic, branding, and content — are owned by or licensed to Axion AI. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal trading purposes during your active subscription period.
We collect and process your personal data (name, email, trading performance data) solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
MT5 login credentials provided for bot deployment are encrypted at rest. We do not log or store trade execution passwords beyond what is necessary for initial bot deployment.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described above. For data deletion requests, contact us at axion.ai26@gmail.com.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or cancelling through your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to the dashboard and bot will cease. Data may be retained for up to 90 days for legal and accounting purposes, after which it will be deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the dashboard at least 14 days before the changes take effect.
